Changing Life Family Counseling Services, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization incorporated in October 2015 and established in February, 2016 under the leadership of Dr. Wilner Blanchard, Christian and secular psychotherapist working in Orlando , Florida, Orange County and providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, tutoring services, PSR and case management services to children and their families.
